My usual guy was busy, so I tried Midas for a car inspection, since I had Cub Scout coupon book. Midas was quick, friendly and the right price. Since I can walk to this place, I would definitely use them again.

We used Midas because of a mailed coupon for brake pad replacements. They did change the pads, but as usual, they list a number other repairs that 'should' be done to keep the car safe. This time they gave us a $1,300 estimate for brake drum work, an alignment, and a number of other repairs. Our car had about 7,000 miles on it at the time. This is the usual routine at Midas and I'm sure it works on vulnerable customers.
We had gone in for a coupon oil change previously and got the same and quot;fix these other things or drive in an unsafe carand quot; routine. Even when I asked them to just change the brake pads, they insist on pitching 'necessary' repairs. It's irritating to the point of losing my business and having me recommend other auto service companies to friends.

They were very fair. They got the work done on time. They did that they said they were going to do. I have no complaints. I didn't check out the price any place else so I don't know what it would have been elsewhere but my husband seems to think it was a fair price.

I would tell friends and family that Midas is fair and reputable. I would continue to use their services in the future.

It was a punctual and pleasant experience. I stopped in , was greeted by Paul in a pleasant and professional manner. I told him I thought my brakes needed inspection. He told me that they would inspect for me and give me a call with the report and the estimate. In 2 hours he did just that and I had him refurbish my front brakes. He gave me a pickup time and I called to confirm before going to pick up my vehicle. Just as he said it was ready. At checkout he gave me the warranty and went over the paperwork with me. He was polite, friendly and professional. The experience was timely and convenient as well. They also recognized a flawed tire while my car was being worked on and switched it out for me with my spare !
