Kevin arrived on time to check repairs that needed to be done. He is courteous, trustworthy and super dependable. I have enjoyed seeing the much needed, overdue repairs completed as Kevin is so focused on getting it done. I could not have found a better person for my home and can recommend him highly. Feeling Blessed.

I'm a 66 year old female retired medical professional (RN). He charged me $2,000 more than the original estimate and originally said the job would take 2 weeks and it was 2.5 months before I fired him. I have fairly severe rheumatoid & osteo arthritis. Before I hired him he said he would move all the furniture around in order to replace my flooring. He had one of his friends come to help him move the furniture in my loft, but when it was time for moving furniture in the rest of the house, he complained that nobody else would ever do this and that he should be charging me extra money! he made me cry because he was going back on what he originally said & when we would argue about it. I would wind up crying because I didn't have any extra money to pay him more as I am on a very fixed income and on disability. Then he started complaining about the amount of "cuts" he would have to do & that he wasn't making enough money on my job!..I cried AGAIN..He dragged out this job and put me on the back burner, telling me because he wasn't making enough money he had to go do other jobs in between finishing mine! He did this 3 times! When he saw I was in so much pain due to moving furniture he would start massaging my shoulders without even asking me and he would hug me after I'd cry, flirted much of the time..even wrote me suggestive emails! I was afraid to really say anything about it as I was afraid that he wouldn't finish the job!the final straw that broke the camel's back was when he refused to go pick up extra grout that he had not figured he'd need & insisted that I go out & pick it up myself!.. He absolutely refused to go get it himself, as he complained who would pay him for the extra gas money & time he would spend to go get one bag of grout! he even broke my toilet after he laid the grout down in the bathroom which I had to have fixed by someone else after he was fired! I've had to pay a fair amount of money to another contractor to finish the work he started! He even laughed while telling me about stories of actually getting into both physical & verbal fights with others regarding contracting issues! When telling others & other contractors about him, they all said that he was totally wrong & outrageously unprofessional!! None of this would have happened if I were a man or a stronger woman! BEWARE OF THIS MAN & DO NOT USE HIM. I'm sure I haven't even related here all the things that he did or said.He was a complete jerk! I've heard about what nightmares happen with contractors & this unfortunately turned out to be mine! It was a very first for me..a horrible experience, as I was new at renovating issues!! I've certainly learned a lot from this experience!

Friendly, would recommend them. Good work ethics.
