Todd was courteous and professional, and helpful beyond his contracted responsibilities. This was a relatively small job, which he fit in around other jobs he was doing, especially since the prep and repair took many steps with required drying time between steps. The living room was empty of furniture, and he was careful to protect the flooring, etc., so that there was no splatter or clean up necessary when he was finished.
