Went great. Inspector was 20 minutes late due to a previous appointment taking longer than estimated, but called and gave us a heads up. Thom is a natural educator. Although we were buying the house "as is", so were not looking to force the seller to make any repairs for us, he took lots of time showing us potential problems, items that would have to be fixed or at least watched, and maintenance tips for all aspects of the house. Even an entomology lesson on termites and carpenter bees. I have no doubt that all this education from Thom will prove priceless.
