Unfortunately, in Hawaii, working with contractors can be a true gamble. Many are disreputable; few complete the work on time (if at all); and the quality of work can be very poor. The quality of work by Jason (Hills) and his workers is exceptional! Work was started and completed as promised, and exceeded our expectations.
