Auto Body Work
A week passed without any word from Hamakua Auto Body. I called them up and asked if I could get the information as to the cost and any other information involved in performing the repairs. The office personnel had no information on the repairs and put me on hold. A short time later they returned to the phone and told me the mechanic that had performed the inspection needed more time to look up some information and that I would be contacted when they had the information. I replied that was fine, I just wanted to make sure they had not forgotten about me. I was assured that they would not and that when they had the information I would be contacted. Weeks have passed and it is apparent that their assurances were worthless.
