He told us he could build our house in 6 months...took over a year. He never kept to his schedule. We are left with an open trench on the sidewalk that fronts our house. What a hazard! What is most aggravating is that the contractor would not get back to us by phone, email and text when we were at the end of our project. I tried to call ...no response. He once left me an email that he will contact me to discuss options. But again, he never followed through. Apparently, he does not like to do finish work. And was off starting another project. Which is fine, as long as he has someone working in a diligent fashion to complete what he started. We still don't have a functioning front door and have one more room to complete. Worst yet, he does not pay his subcontractors...subs have called us or came by our house. They too have said that he will not answer their calls. Bottom line: Don't use this guy. Our project still is not done!
