C & J CONTRACTING INC

I have called C & J Contracting once in the past for an appointment to have someone to take a look at my built-in spa and pool project. I never received a call back to set up a time but someone had already been to my house while no one was home. The service person said he just started to work for the company so I thought it was just a one off mistake. I had recently called the second time to request an estimate. Not only does this company take 1 1/2 weeks to call back but they sent someone out without calling first. The service guy walked right in the back of our property while I was in my night gown first thing in the morning, and had to guts to admit that he didn't bother to call and if I still want him to look at my pool. I called the owner, Clifton Crawford and he said he gave his service person the work order. All he could say is sorry and that he is very busy. It is apparent their business is run this way. They keep taking calls and get our addresses so when a service person is in the home owners' neighborhood, they would just come by and trespass.
