The service was great. The pool man came on scheduled times when we were able to be there due to our pets being at home. We didnt want the dog going after him or getting out by accident. They were very accomodating with this request. They always stayed in touch by phone if they needed to reschedule for any reason. We, not them, usually needed to reschedule. I only recently dropped the service due to cutting back my expenses but would recommend them. I will be calling them if I ever need service or have any filter problems. They replaced and old filter for me and did it ahead of schedule and under the cost I was expecting to pay. Billing was done by automatic credit card payments and always correct.
