They can work on high-end appliances which we have and not everyone can do that. They provided free parts.

They're very good, they're prompt and reasonably priced. They work fast and don't waste time. The lady I talk to on the phone is very nice and helpful.

Our landlord was mad because they didn't want to spend any money and they had already ran off the first plumber we had called. But the leak was so bad the water company was threatening to shut off our water. Dean handled our landlords very well. I managed to fix the issue temporarily, something the other company said they couldn't do, so that our landlords had time to get the money together to replace the plumbing which is ultimately what had to be done. Was very happy with them and the other company lost out because had they helped us with the temp fix, they would have gotten the big job.

"We thank our customer for his review of our business because it will help us service all our customers better. After receiving his review, we did call him to explain our policy of always checking to make sure a customer has a plumbing issue that needs repair before proceeding, in an effort to save the customer money. Our tech checked the pressure regulator, which initially did not show a problem. Upon checking a second time, he did find an problem. A issue arose in the reading of the pressure gauge and we did apologize to the customer if our tech was in any way discourteous or unprofessional towards him in trying to resolve this issue. In fairness to this customer, we are refunding him for a portion of the time he was charged on his invoice. At Banzai Plumbing, we value all our customer's concerns and strive to provide the best service that we can. In 10 years of business, we have a loyal clientele with lots of repeat business. We can assure this customer that this was an isolated incident, with a promise that we will always try to remedy issues fairly and in a timely manner."

When I called I was able to get an appointment first thing the next morning. They arrived early, took care of the problem and went on their way. I would use them again.

Prompt service, performed qickly by skilled plumber. Weekend rates quite high, but calls answered properly and work performed. Recurrence of problem at repaired site 5 weeks later due to a faulty part. This company refused to waive fee for service and attempted to charge me full price. Stated their warranty was for 30 days and this was day 38 since repair. After lengthy disussion that the problem was due to a faulty part that they supplied, they only agreed to reduce the charge to the time it took to replace the part (30 minutes) instead of their minimum one hour fee. I tried at length to discuss this "policy" with them, but they would not budge. I will never use them again.
