"We thank our customer for his review of our business because it will help us service all our customers better. After receiving his review, we did call him to explain our policy of always checking to make sure a customer has a plumbing issue that needs repair before proceeding, in an effort to save the customer money. Our tech checked the pressure regulator, which initially did not show a problem. Upon checking a second time, he did find an problem. A issue arose in the reading of the pressure gauge and we did apologize to the customer if our tech was in any way discourteous or unprofessional towards him in trying to resolve this issue. In fairness to this customer, we are refunding him for a portion of the time he was charged on his invoice. At Banzai Plumbing, we value all our customer's concerns and strive to provide the best service that we can. In 10 years of business, we have a loyal clientele with lots of repeat business. We can assure this customer that this was an isolated incident, with a promise that we will always try to remedy issues fairly and in a timely manner."
