+ -1 moreManager of shop seems nice enough, but she brought my concerns to the absentee owner who has stonewalled me.
Description of Work: BOO on Baliboo!!! I spent a total of $550 for a kitchen table and chairs. I thought I was getting high-quality dark tropical hardwood furniture. I took very good care of the table and always used place mats under plates. However, within 2 months of purchase it started developing hazy white discolorations in the table top's finish. This clearly was a case of shoddy materials and/or workmanship.I brought the table back to Baliboo and was told that they "are not responsible for any furniture after it leaves the shop." I want a refund ($375 for the table), or an exchange for a comparable non-defective table but they refuse. You're AT YOUR OWN RISK if you do business with Baliboo!
