Greg estimated the job very close over the phone but I asked if he would stop by for a better estimate (I was worried because of the heavily soiled condition of my carpert).
He was very punctual, both for the estimate and the cleaning. He and his wife spent over 3 hours on the job. It turned out fine.
I intend to use this service again in the future.
