Calls went unreturned even after initial contact was made. After a home visit, no estimate was provided after repeated promises for the same. A second call months later was answered, but a promise to schedule another home visit to provide an estimate also went unfulfulled. Very unprofessional conduct. Apparently, 7-11 has more work than they need. I would do the work myself before I call 7-11 again.
