Aaron the person who did the project was exceptional. His problem solving skills made the difference in what looked like an impossible job, work! He kept me informed of the possibilities and went the extra mile in making sure I was satisfied. Plus Aaron is a really nice guy. Steve’s Plumbing is lucky to have him working for them.

This was the best experience! Joshua and Del were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it. Later, in the day I discovered another issue and Joshua came back to my house. He truly went above and beyond. He is a true professional.

The techs were very friendly, and worked quickly. This company doesn?t provide itemized invoices, and after conferring with two other plumbing companies, Steve?s Plumbing charged me $420-$450 more than the job should have costed.

One the first visit nothing was done except collect half payment for the project. Then they scheduled 4 visits and failed to show for all. After the second no show I requested my money back and was told no. Finally the plumber came and completed the job. He had to come back a second time to finish, and he re scheduled that visit as well. I would not recommend this company.

Leon and Nathan did an incredible job! They helped dislodge a piece of wood that got in the toilet outflow pipes after a renovation. They were courteous, professional, honest and tried everything to avoid having to cut open our brand new tiled floors. Highly recommend them!!
