Marni was most helpful guiding us through the entire process - from first contact via email to the closing. We were initially unsure whether to buy a condo or a house, or exactly which area on the big island would fit our needs. Marni was diligent and prescient helping us narrow down the possibilities, articulating the pros and cons on the numerous properties and the areas we were considering. She interrupted her vacation on a number of occasions to resolve issues with the bank/underwriter. In order to facilitate a timely closing Marni covered the cost of repairing a damaged garage door. When the bank dropped the ball with the timely delivery of the loan documents, forcing postponement of the closing, Marni even offered the use of her ohana!
