I got the impression he was not very sure of himself. As soon as he arrived he informed me that there was a minimum one hour charge and a travel time fee. I told him that was not the case the last time I used them. He said whoever I spoke to on the phone should have told me that. They did not. He said he wouldn't charge me the travel time fee or the one hour minimum then. He was going to change a ballast in one fixture but mentioned it might be that I had the wrong bulbs in it. I had to tell him to try the right bulbs first before changing the ballast. He did and that solved one of the problems. But if I hadn't told him to try the correct bulbs he would have changed the ballast! He did change the ballast in the other fixture and that solved that problem. Also, he worked more slowly than Bobby and since I was paying him according to his time, I wasn't very happy with that. After he left, I called the office to let them know I was very disappointed this time and why. She said she would credit me the travel time charge but I told her Barry already did. When I mentioned the one hour minimum and travel time fees she said that was a new policy. But she didn't tell me that when I made the appointment. I also told her I wasn't happy that they charge by the time and that someone who works faster (like Bobby) would get the job done more cheaply. Since they aren't consistent with their services I would not use them again.

We've needed assistance from time to time to do small repairs, etc. around our home. Whenever we've called on Juanita she's been able to schedule a technician to come our within 24 hours to attend to our needs. We've installed a water heater timer, changed out electrical switches, trouble shot a faulty GFI outlet and even repaired an old wiring issue that some other electrician made a mistake with. Very professional and efficient.

Overall, with one exception, as expected. Installers wanted short notice access to garage and ultimately the house, even though we were not home. Unacceptable. The tax credits made this a very worthwhile endeavor however, especially considering the cost of electricity in Hawaii. Salesman miscalculated the spacing on the roof, resulting in several being placed in less desirable locations.

I just think they're a great company, they're out when they're supposed to be, very efficient and professional. The price also is comparable to everything; it's a fair price. Quality is excellent, they're great. Overall I'm very happy that I selected them because they've been just wonderful. Their fellows are very professional and their office staff is too; like I said I would certainly hire them again on any electrical that I have done here.

Excellent.  Very cooperative and professional.  The developed plans,  procured permits., installed the panels and followed up with Electrical Co requirements.

The jury is still out somewhat. Will be satisfied overall if my power bill is nearly completely eliminated. The installers wanted me to leave the house/and garage open to them on short notice, the panel placement on the roof was not initially accurately determined either. Good on references however, and hope to be completely satisfied once my monitoring unit is completely functional.
