This is the second time we've used Ohana Pet Sitters (808) 384-0371,( ohanapetsitters.com ) and will call on them whenever we leave the Big Island. Devin is very professional and very punctual. Whenever appointments were made she was there on time and ready to listen to any special requests or answer questions. This is very reassuring when traveling, knowing that things back home are being taken care of. She is very thorough and makes payment easy through Paypal. I'm not sure of what other companies may charge for their services but, for us, we are comfortable with the wide spectrum of services provided by this company and would recommend them to anyone. Some folks impose on friends or family to watch over things. We've gone that route before and it's always hit or miss. A mystery when you first open the door as to what you're going to find. Not the way you'd like to end your vacation !
Ohana Pet Sitters is perfect for us and Devin is super easy to work with. Plus her knowledge of animals enables her to provide those special extras for loved ones. Most of what OPS provides is a feeling of security when away from home. The knowledge that they are watching over our kitties and home makes traveling a lot easier for us. We don't have to worry about being away with Devin and Ohana Pet Sitters on the job ! We can relax and enjoy our vacation and know that when we get home, things will be as we left them.
