They showed up to work on time. They are very helpful and friendly. Very knowledgeable and aware of any and all hazards ie power lines, water lines, swimming pool. They work quickly but very safely. They took a very short lunch break, when they were finished they did a great clean up job. We would definitely recommend them.

They were very good,professional and efficient. The gentleman that running the machine was nice and pleasant to talk to. Unfortunately they informed me that they would take the roots along with the trunks but they didn't so I've been pulling out the roots myself.

I had used MEFT before and they did an excellent job. This time I was not disappointed. The showed up on time, did the work to my satisfaction and cleaned up after themselves. It was a big job. It took 4 guys all day to remove and haul the trees away and provide stump grinding.

Terrible ! Upon inspection of his work the next day we found that the (4) mock olive trees in our backyard were severely trimmed and the and quot;dead-woodand quot; areas not removed as promised. We had told the proprietor that we anticipated selling our home in the next 6 months and that we wanted the backyard landscaping to look mature but well trimmed. Now we have a horribly trimmed privacy tree area with gaping open areas where you can now see our neighbors and the dead-wood is still evident in everyone of the (7) mock olive trees. I threatened not pay him unless he came back and finished the work and he said that what we were requesting was unreasonable for the price he originally quoted and that it would cost another $1,000.00 to finish. He threatened legal action if we didn't pay him what we owed and we finally decided to rid ourselves of this and quot;cancerand quot; and settled with him for $800.00 for the (2) plumeria trees his crew pruned on labor day. I might add that this guy never inspected the job on the day the trees were trimmed by his crew.

I hated the cost, but got full value
Excellent service, even return to correct one item that was actually a failure to communicate clearly on my part. They did not charge more, and didn't seem to mind.
