I called and complained.

I was assured issue was resolved.

The issue is still not resolved.

SO now I have to call them.

AGAIN.

The window still needs to be reset and the door handle was not replaced properly.

My problem is more that I was ASSURED that this was checked twice, as they were well aware I was not happy, and the problem still exists.

I have the same vehicle on the Mainland

It had the same issue.  They told me what it was corrected it and I was out under $100 for labor.

The problem was resolved.

Basically I will never own another Nissan vehicle  on this island.

My dealership on the MAINLAND TOLD me when I gave them my experiences sid that it was noted as the worst dealership ever.

The OWNER does not care. 

My Nissan was hard starting. Nissan found that I needed a new fuel pump. With only 24000 miles, Nissan replaced it at no cost to me.

On this occassion (second call regarding an alleged scheduled service appointment), I spoke with the General manager. The guy swore he had zero knowledge of this business practice, but would investigate. He did so and returned my call. He stated that they were doing this with customer approval; but there was none from me. I can't help but wonder if this little underhanded tactic is being used to lure others in, without their consent. I know the car business is tough, what business isn't? These kinds of tactics i.e. business practices serve to do nothing however but send up giant red flags on my radar screen. This will also cause me to think twice before I even consider making another vehicle purchase from these guys. Would I use again in the future? Maybe, but with even more vigilance.
