DAVIS CARPENTRY

Perfect. Don Davis is a great guy and does fantastic work. Friendly and professional .
Several years ago I also used Davis for a Kitchen upgrade. Don came out and measures for cabinets, ordered them, had them shipped to Kona and delivered. Every single act was on time and expected. there were never delays or issues and the products arrived in perfect condition.

It went very well and we are very pleased with the outcome. Our condo is in a complex built in 1969. We had planned to take out a wall for an open kitchen. However, once the wall was opened, they discovered plumbing and a support beam. The plumber relocated the plumbing and Don Davis created a 6 foot open window instead of a completely open kitchen. It still opened up the kitchen to the living room and lanai beyond, yet preserved the support beam so the condo upstairs doesn't fall into our living room! We live in Alaska and our condo is in Hawaii. Don kept us posted by email and sent us updated design drawings.
Don also completely a bath remodel by replacing the counters, cabinets and fixtures. Everything turned out great!
Throughout the project, Don was very pleasant, professional, calm and creative. He helped us work out the details of the design and select the right materials to achieve the look we wanted. Don was also mindful of costs every step of the way. He had subcontractors who meet deadlines, know their jobs, and do great work. The next time we have a project we will turn to Don. I wish he did work in Alaska, too!
