We have used Steve's Plumbing for quite some time now at our Timeshare complex. They are consistent in every aspect of their jobs, Collin and Josiah have come several times and I have had nothing but compliments from our guest about them. I've used Steve's Plumbing before & I love that they are consistent. When they do a job they are done...never had to call them back to fix what they fixed : ) Colin is the best! He was on time...Knowledgeable to the point that he was able to complete the job quickly even though our house was built in 1984 & their were a couple of obstacles. The plumber who came was very nice. Then we got the estimate for the repair. Just to replace the valve he wanted over $200 dollars. After he looked closer he thought that all the plumbing under the sink needed to be replaced. That bid was almost $1000 (platinum service- with 2 year warranty). The house is brand new with all new plumbing. When I asked what the price of the parts are I didn't get a clear answer. We found that the parts cost was about $60. I had to state the obvious. So the parts are $60 and you will spend about an hour to replace all of the working parts under the sink, right. You make $900 dollars an hour? Let's just say I didn't get an clear answer. I was asked how long I was planning on living in my house (I'm sure to make me feel like I had to make the repair). The conversation went on for a short bit, then the very nice repair asked, "how much can you afford?" Need I say more?

The service was very professional.  Jeremy was the plumber and he was amazing.  He removed my old toilet and replaced with new toilet.  He recommended a new shut off valve and provided the reasons why.  I agreed and had it installed.  Professional, friendly, knowledgeable service.  I will call them for any future plumbing needs.

The services went very well. I exposed the pipes and realized that this work was beyond my skills and need a professional. The came earlier that first announces and when your water is out that is always a good thing. The plumber knew exactly what to do and how to do it. I was given a quote before they stared and the work was then performed quickly, professionally and they guaranteed their work for one year. I was very pleased and would recommend them to anyone and I would use them again if needed.

Deven came and checked out my leaky toilet and noticed my toilet was old and asked me if I would like to get a new toilet, a comfort height. I never heard of a comfort height toilet . He explained that it is a higher toilet and not as low as the one I have now. Also it would be easier for me to sit down and to get up. I liked that idea because I am not getting any younger. So I told him to go ahead and please put one in for me. He informed me of the cost before he started and I thought it was reasonable and fair. I must say I am enjoying the height of the new toilet, wish I would of known about this kind of toilet sooner! He did a great job and cleaned it up very nicely. I will call them for any other plumbing needs that I have!

After he finished the job, the man from Steve's Plumbing spent 25 minutes looking for the price in a book he had to get from his truck, then he had to call his boss to find out what to charge me. The boss said he's give me a good deal to get my future business then charged me $148.00 for a five minute job! The price was way over the top even for Maui standards.

Based on two awful water bills, we knew we had a bad leak in our waterline. Unfortunately, there was no way of determining where the leak was, so the entire line had to be replaced. It's a 4.5 acre property and our house is at the back of the lot, so the line itself is some 1100 feet long with several laterals. It was a big job and Steve's people reacted promptly and did a good job. That said, the cost was very high and possibly excessive. In fairness, however, they did give us an estimate in advance and, because it was a semi-emergency, we did not shop it around and get another bid. In retrospect, we probably should have done so, our spinning water meter notwithstanding. That said, they were responsive, professional, and we have no problem with the work they did. I would consider using Steve's Plumbing again, but only on a competitive basis.

Deven and Daniel were prompt and professional. Deven was extremely knowledgable and calmly explained my options clearly and answered all my questions.

They were very reasonable and fast. They did a good job. I feel like he knew his stuff and he was really courteous. It was less than what I thought it would be and everything has held up just fine.

When I called they were friendly and scheduled an appointed timely. When they came out they were very friendly and walked me through the whole diagnostic , they gave me several options and presented a solution. They left everything clean and I felt they were very professional.

Steve the plumber, called before he came to my house (courtesy call) and was on time.
Fixed the problems I had very efficiently, also is very neat.
He cleaned up and explained everything he did.
I appreciated that very much !

It went fine until he gave me the bill.
