Sears Auto Center - Kahului

On Thursday they did not deliver it within the promised time frame. I had to call them to find out that the truck was running late and they would not be able to deliver until they delivered to the previous customer who was also delayed. I had evening plans and could not wait. They could not add me to the schedule for the next day, so I was rescheduled for Saturday. I again waited and waited and the delivery never came at all. It did not come within the time frame promised and no one called to let me know. When I called, I was told that no order had been placed. They said I would be rescheduled for Monday, and nothing happened. Sears finally delivered my bed within the promised timeslot on Tuesday. I spent a lot of time hanging around waiting for promised deliveries that never came. I spent a great deal of time trying to contact Sears to find out what was happening. I was frustrated by Sears' Customer Service being handled outside of the US. At the time, I needed to deal with the local warehouse or store, because they knew what was happening locally. I got no satisfaction from this offshore department that could only read to me the information on written reports that were not current.
