They were fine while we were leasing with them, but when we decided to move out because we had purchased our own place. They made it very difficult for us. The management would never return our calls. They finally got back to us and we ended up having to set up two different appointments with them to do our inspection to get our security deposit back and we waited and they never showed up and didnt even bother to call us and let us know that they were running late or had to reschedule. They did that to us on two different occasions. They ended up doing the inspection without notifying me after I said we wanted to be there in person and then tried to say everything was great except our windows were dirty and they were taking that out of our deposit. we had moved out three months ago and still have not recieved our security deposit. I called them again, and finally one of the managers got back to me and said that they will send the deposit in the mail.
