Always lousy! The prius is an exotic Money Pit. Most mechanics are reticent to work on it. Every repair and part costs a fortune... Buy something with a better warranty: Hyundai or Optima; you'll be glad you did!

I purchased my Tacoma from them and have had it serviced there ever since. They are easy to make an appointment with and when you arrive they get you queued up and you talk to the technician about your issues. They take care of everything, usually on time, and even sometimes wash my truck for me - woohoo!

From the moment we parked, one of the sales people spotted us and came outside to meet us with a warm greeting. From that point to a sit down discussion as to what we where interested in our sales rep was friendly, attentive and on top of things. The particular model of the car we wanted was in a shipment due within 2 weeks. The car came in, we went in to "do the deal" and within 90 minutes we drove off with our new car. Of all the cars, new and used, I've purchased from dealers, none have been as easy and stress-free as Maui Toyota. I haven't worked with the service department yet but expect to be treated as well there, too. Can't recommend them highly enough.
