They were very helpful and called to answer questions and explain what they were doing. It took a while because as they added some things, the system would go down again. Hence, they kept the system to make certain that it was up and running.

I called, Rick had me drop off computer that day. Within a day Kim got back to me with advice, questions, etc. I went in as soon as I could, they were both great, informed and professional, good rates and prompt, thorough service, excellent follow up.
