Mr S was very knowledgeable and conscientious in his work. Before arriving, he asked many questions to make sure everything was set in terms of inventory and expectations. Mr S also was quick and efficient with his time, but the job was not rushed. He was able to explain to us how certain pieces worked, and showed us specific issues so that we could help decide which way to go in tackling the problem.
