It went well, as it always does at Island Honda.
They greet you sincerely, tell you everything they can abourt the timing. Offer a lift somewhere if you don't want to wait. Have a wonderful waiting room with internet, TV, coffee and tea, magazines and a little library. They give you an appointment and get you in and out in an hour if you are waiting. They consult with you if they see something that needs attention or will need attention in the future, explaining all the reasons and scenarios as if you are an intelligent person. So many other places treat you with disdain and a superior attitude - not Island Honda. It is ladies and gentlemen serving ladies and gentleman. A wonderful service experience every time.

They are really helpful. They let me know by phone what needs to be done. A couple of years ago they found a way to have Honda pay for something that was wrong with my car and they advocated for me, which I appreciated. I found them really reliable and they keep me informed, which I appreciate. I would use them again in the future.
