O.k. I wanted large (12x14) blue-green tiles for shower remodel. Store did not carry this size and were not able to order them either. Only had the small size. I ended up with ceramic tile.

Once we determined pricing which changed because of a misunderstanding, it went smoothly. I like their cabinets and countertop.

They offered me a free stainless steel sink upon purchase. Within 6 months the sink starting rusting. They blamed me for the rust(even though the house was closed up for 4-1/2 months after it was installed) and would never admit the sink could be sub-standard. I have had many other people look at it and tell me "it's a cheap sink". There solution to the rusty sink was to "clean" it. I don't know how I made it through life, because I obviously don't even know how to clean a sink. Then, the counter edge I chose in the showroom, the day I gave them 75% deposit, was a square edge, they cut a bullnose and once again no responsibility. From there it has gotten really ugly, ending with them calling me a liar and crazy, because I wanted a copy of the paperwork they had on file in regard to my purchase. After saying yes to me twice, now they say NO, they will not give me the paperwork. Makes you wonder what is in that paperwork they do not want me to see. Very bad company. The people that own the company are very nasty and they will never admit to doing anything wrong. From what they tell me, they have NEVER made a mistake. But when you talk to local people they tell a much different story, similar to mine. I didn't mention all of the drywall damage they did to my master bedroom trying to get the granite in my master shower. It wasn't a battle worth fighting. I highly recommend that you not use this company.

What a great experience. Walked into the store not knowing what we were doing and they made it all come together. Cabinets are beautiful and their time frame was awesome. Helped us design just what we wanted for our kitchen and I got cabinets where I wanted
them. (Got to Love Eddie). Leslie helped us choose our Granite and then spent hours giving us suggestions for the backsplash. (there are endless choices in this store for any kind of tile you could ever want. ) Installers were on time and knew their job well. Now we have the kitchen of our dreams and we have this crew to thank.

Absolutely perfect.
Our Granite Countertops are beautiful!
Our cabinets are amazing.
We received a number of bids and the ones from Ceramic Tile Plus were most competitive.
The design staff were very helpful and took good care of us.
The installation was on schedule and on budget.
We are so happy we chose to work with Ceramic Tile Plus and Exclusively Yours!
