After the first repair the washer was still was not working right. Called Lowe's on 14 April 2014 for another call out and got 22 April 2014 at about 9:00 am. About an hour after talking to Lowe's on the 14th, Appliance Service called me up and said the tech was on his way up to the machine right now. This time the tech was very helpful and there was really nothing wrong with the washer. The tech explained how to use the washer and that the book that comes with the washer is lacking on how to properly operate the machine. They have computers in almost everything and it take a bit of getting use to, its not like the older appliances when you turn the knob and hit the start button. A little knowledge goes a long way.

Came back two times 25 miles to kula stubborn problem but still fixed excellent clean work.
