The salesman was awful. The experience was awful.  The salesman kept making promises about the delivery that never happened. Twice he forgot to inform his delivery people to include a mattress cover. He inconvenienced me twice. I had to leave work to meet the crew when it should have been only once. The first installation could not be completed because the installers came to my house with the wrong attachments.   My understanding, from conversations with the installation crew, was that the salesman sold me a headboard for that did not match up with my powerbase. He never gave me the final receipt for the transaction. I had to send two emails to him to get him to respond. For the amount of money I spent I feel I did not get my money's worth.



I think this is a national company. I would think twice before I shopped at one of their stores. I wrote to the company on-line when my experience was taking place; weeks ago. They never responded to me.
