Took a while to answer some emails and some never got answered. Bottom line is the work got done on time and I'm happy with the look.

Excellent service, great communication, and I was impressed with the quality of their work. The owner even came after the work was completed to do the final inspection. My interior of my home is definitely cooler too.

There were many reasons for my immense satisfaction with Cool Roof Hawaii. First, they were very prompt with their proposal and it was very detailed as to what was to be done. Also, the project started and ended as scheduled. Finally, 2 project managers did an inspection when the job was done and had workers come to fix whatever was not done right according to them.

Very customer service orientated. The guys were on time and were very helpful in explaning what needed to be completed as well how long it would take. The job was cheaper than I was anticipating and they also backed up their work with a 5 year warranty. I would highly reccommend Cool Roof to anyone that is needing roofing work. Regards. Myron

ALL INDIVIDUALS ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THEY ARE PROMPT AND DO THE WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER. WENT BEYOND THE CALL IN CHECKING THE ENTIRE ROOF FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY HAVE TO BE CORRECTED. IN DOING THIS FOUND THAT I NEEDED TO HAVE ADDITIONAL WORK DONE AND WE RENEGOTIATED A PRICE TO HAVE THE ADDITIONAL WORK DONE IMMEDIATELY. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS AND RELATIVES WHO REQUIRE ROOFING WORK. A GREAT MAHALO TO KEVIN AND HIS CREW.
