It all started when the roof started leaking due to shoddy workmanship and an unethical contractor who abandoned our extension project. Used Home advisor and found Cool Roof Hawaii. The first removal and installation of my beautiful shingle roof was a disaster after the solar company severely damaged the new roof voiding the warranty. Kevin the owner of Cool roof came to the rescue and the Solar Co. covered the re-roof. The quality of the roof work by Billy the foreman was very meticulous to detail and ensured the job was done safe, right and clean. I now have a beautiful roof and a happy wife. I highly recommend Cool Roof to everyone. Salesman Brenden was highly professional, informative and trustworthy. After dealing with so many shifty contractors the past years, it was a pleasure hiring Cool Roof.

Excellent service, great communication, and I was impressed with the quality of their work. The owner even came after the work was completed to do the final inspection. My interior of my home is definitely cooler too.

There were many reasons for my immense satisfaction with Cool Roof Hawaii. First, they were very prompt with their proposal and it was very detailed as to what was to be done. Also, the project started and ended as scheduled. Finally, 2 project managers did an inspection when the job was done and had workers come to fix whatever was not done right according to them.

Very customer service orientated. The guys were on time and were very helpful in explaning what needed to be completed as well how long it would take. The job was cheaper than I was anticipating and they also backed up their work with a 5 year warranty. I would highly reccommend Cool Roof to anyone that is needing roofing work. Regards. Myron

ALL INDIVIDUALS ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THEY ARE PROMPT AND DO THE WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER. WENT BEYOND THE CALL IN CHECKING THE ENTIRE ROOF FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY HAVE TO BE CORRECTED. IN DOING THIS FOUND THAT I NEEDED TO HAVE ADDITIONAL WORK DONE AND WE RENEGOTIATED A PRICE TO HAVE THE ADDITIONAL WORK DONE IMMEDIATELY. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS AND RELATIVES WHO REQUIRE ROOFING WORK. A GREAT MAHALO TO KEVIN AND HIS CREW.
