When my tenant found himself ankle deep in water in my property, I knew Tracy would be one to figure it out and fast. He came out very quickly to replace the broken pipe and replaced it with a new one. Once remediation was done and construction for rebuild began, he had to teach the contractor’s own plumbers how to do certain tasks on multiple occasions. Five years ago there was a leak on the side of the my house. My handyman was sure there was a pipe leak and cut a hole in my house searching for it. Days later, Tracy found the source of my leak within 5 minutes… faulty valve in my dishwasher. He replaced the valve within minutes. There are plenty of plumbers on the island but none as experienced and talented at finding the source and fixing it as well as he does. His integrity is what keeps his business thriving. He doesn’t advertise… just old fashioned word of mouth. I’m incredibly fortunate my aunt referred me to him.

He and his assistant were professional all the way. Efficient, quick and friendly. Answered all my questions with simple explanations that I could understand. Very neat and tidy.

Services were done skillfully and professionally with explanation of causes and methods to be used to correct each problem. Very people oriented. Outstanding quality services by a capable plumber.

Tracy Yasuda is a Master Plumber. He has trained his assistant very well. They are both experts. Everything was done very, very professionally. The bathroom and kitchen clean ups left the rooms in better shape than before the work was done. Each step was explained to me and I had all my questions answered. My invoice came with pictures of the repairs made, and details of all the work that was done. I can't speak highly enough of this company. And, the price was reasonable considering the quality. They are just plain excellent!
