They are very good. The price was reasonable as other places were charging about double what i paid with Yamada. They did the work according to what I wanted. I wanted the bathroom turned into a wet room. I showed them how and they followed my directions. I really like them. They did a good job. I don't see too much room for improvement for this company. They allowed me to give them a price I was willing to spend and they stuck to that price. I found no problems with the quality of work. I think that one of their sub contractors for tile laying did not mix the grout correctly so the color was slightly off. Yamada Plumbing though did a wonderful job. Mr. Yamada himself was there everyday to see how the work was going.
