They arrived at the townhouse on time. The townhouse was thoroughly cleaned from top to bottom. Believe me, we had a lot of "dust bunnies" and then some in the unit. The jalousie windows and screens were ultraclean. Bathrooms and kitchen were immaculate. All of the rooms were vacuumed and wiped down. The oven was spotless with a thorough wiped down. Yes, all 57 points check list definitely accomplished without a hitch!! We paid for the 4 hour move out cleaning then, my husband asked for 1 more hour to get the place pristine. It was well worth the money!! We'll definitely use them in the near future, again. Also, we'll recommend them to our friends, neighbors and family. , but.ReturnedScheduling mid-month move out was unusually difficult as they were almost fully booked.  Owner said it was unprecedented for mid-month to be like typical end-of-month move out.  Signed up online: website user friendly, choose type of cleaning desired, for each rates provided (n people for x hours = $ fixed rate) for work desired.  Guidelines provided for choosing.  Almost all rules clearly defined, eg. unit must be vacant, no gardening or windows, etc.  Signed up for 2 people for 3 hours.  Workers (2 young people) arrived on time.  Brought own cleaning supplies.  Discussed certain items not covered on website.  Left as they started.  Debriefed with owner/worker later in day.  There was supposedly more work than normal and they ran overtime (through their lunch?).  Note, floors and carpet not included.  Unit had been given non-professional 'pre-clean', so work focused on kitchen and bath scrub down, plus some smudges on walls.  Returned and inspected later.  Definitely better than before.  Solid clean out.  2 exceptions.  Refrigerator inside was clean, now gleamed, however outside not touched.  Cooking splatters remained, and spills and build-up untouched on front and top of main and freezer doors.  Electric range had been well handled, however one burner element had not been cleaned and was left out, presumably to clean, but lay forgotten on the stove.  If the finish was frantic, needing to get to the next appointment, it is understandable. In retrospect, maybe 1 more worker or 1 more hour would have been better, but that was hard to anticipate.

These folks put the shine back on a house that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in any way for several years. They even made severely worn laminate floors look pretty good. Beautiful work.
