the pick up and delivery seemed to go fine. nothing broken, but the total bill was higher than expected as they grossly underestimated the weight. and when unpacking i found several times they included excessive packing materials to increase the weight of a small, non-breakable item.

I have been moving my personal goods for over 25 years and I have to say that Westpac International Inc has been the most professional, efficient, and exemplary moving company that I have ever encountered. I needed to find a company that fit my moving budget and although the Westpac estimate was a little higher than other companies, I got the feeling that John would deliver on what he said his company would do for me, and they did! (I got completely swindled in a move from the mainland because the estimate of work, and the actual charges for work were thousands of dollars different).
Every detail of my move was managed with care including the handling and care of my baby grand piano, my furniture, and even my odds and ends. John, the moving manager assured me that the movers would handle my personal items with care, and they did and they they were fast and efficient during the delivery and setup process on the other end as well. There was no dawdling on his crew, every man on the crew was working to quickly and efficiently finish my across town move as promised, within five hours. I will refer all of my friends and family to Westpac International, Inc. for both local and long-distance moving.

Very smooth move. When the boxes were full, they were nailed and sealed. We were very pleased with their professionalism. The movers were a whirlwind of activity from start to finish. Kudos to the movers on this end. When we received the items on the other end, nothing was broken! That side went very smooth as well. Highly recommended movers.
