Paid for a boundary survey of my property a few years ago, before I purchased it. Tengan's company never placed markers for the upper edge of my property because it was too overgrown. Wes said they would come back to place if I cleared that land. Well I cleared it, and now he won't finish placing those markers, even though all the other markers are in place. He said most he can do is just tell me how many feet from the last marker and let me figure it out, which is difficult becaue it's on a slope. Took him a MONTH to get back to me after numerous calls and emails requesting this. Now waiting again for him to tell me how many feet. Horrible communication and follow through

very poor service--he's just too busy

We needed a topographical survey prior to the construction of our new home on Oahu.  After checking with several potential providers, it became evident that Mr. Tengan was willing to work with us to find out exactly what we needed to minimize our cost.  His work exceeded what we expected and he was able to accomplish the task in a couple of weeks as opposed to a couple of months for the other providers.  Just an excellent experience.
