Joe Wasco, is the Vice President and a licensed contractor in Hawaii. He has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry in Hawaii. He came and look what we needed to be done and said they will get back with use. Sent and email on the 18th and still no call back.
Description of Work: We went to BIA Show, and ask for proposal on a carport. They called and said that it was to fare. Then some one called back to setup a date and time.

He does have a license, which made a difference. He was a licensed contractor. The quote was a really too high but I do have experience with him and I know he does good work. In the past he also built an addition to my house.
Description of Work: I used Wasco Builders to get a quote for a complete remodeling of the house so that we could sell it.
