About us
We are one of Honolulu's oldest and most respected residential real estate appraiser firms. We have been in business for over 30 years and our real estate appraisers have over 70 years of combined experience appraising residential properties on Oahu. Our appraisers are all FHA approved and three of our appraisers have been awarded the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute. The SRA designation is held appraisers who are experienced in the analysis and valuation of residential real estate. We are also the first appraisal firm in Hawaii to be awarded the AI-RRS designation from the Appraisal Institute. The AI-RRS designation is held by appraisers who are experienced in residential appraisal review.
