TROPICAL ISLANDWIDE LANDSCPG

This review is a warning, not for tropical islandwide but rather someone claiming to work for them. Litani Tuiono claims to work for this company however he does not (at least that is what they said). He has a business card with their liscence number and the company itself is probably reputable however be cautious of Tani. We had a huge job for Tani to do at our house and we paid him incrementally with the remainder of the money after he passed 50%... That is when he stopped working. He claimed he ran out of money and could not complete the job, he left rented equipment on the property and never paid the rental company causing additional problems. He then attempted to sue us for enough money to complete the retaining walls even though we already paid in full. be cautious of any builder that does not get permits under their name and uses you as the owner/buider. Nevr pay th full amount until you see it completed. If they won't agree, be flexible but be cautious.
