I've learned the hard way to make service appointments well in advance with these folks. The first time I asked for an appointment, I had to wait 3 weeks (or only a week, if willing to go to another Servco Toyota service location much further away).
For routine service, as usually there was only a short line of cars going in at the appointed time, and they accepted the car fairly quickly. Their customer lounge is comfortable -- even with typically a couple of dozen people waiting for their cars. This time, as before, I waited there for just over 2 hours (I've never tried their shuttle service). What they do for services cars seems to be up to factory standards. The $175 charge (which included the state safety check) for the routine service is similar what other factory/dealers charge for essentially the same service for similarly-sized cars at other local dealerships.
The only real issue I've with Servco's Toyota Service Center in Mapunapuna is simply getting an appointment with them. Besides invariably having to make an appointment weeks in advance for routine service, twice I've more urgent problems and had to go elsewhere simply to get anything done about the problem in a timely manner. In both cases, these folks weren't able to "work me in" one to two weeks later.
