Thankfully my real estate agent suggested I used Brian Chan at Title Guaranty Escrow before I even put in offers on places. Brian was a tremendous help. I had a really difficult purchase with buying both a leasehold and real property which was converted into a fee simple property all in 1 transaction. On top of that, I had a very strict lender on the mainland. Brian was always professional and thorough in handling my transaction. The final bit of outstanding service was the fact that I missed my fight into HNL for signing and Brian coordinated an after hours signing the next day, hustled to record all of our paperwork so that I could close on Friday . It saved me for being out of luck and waiting until the following Monday. I had a 40' containers and movers in toe, 4 rescue cats and a baby who all appreciated us getting the keys to our place on time.
