I think the two vets are very competent, but I think the staff is not that friendly. I will continue to bring my dogs to this clinic in the future.

I think the doctors are competent, they are easy to get an appointment with and they are prompt. I get the feeling that some of the staff are not really into pet care. I don't think they are that friendly. I have been to other vets whose staff is friendlier. The office is a bit grungy, but the rest of the offices seem to be cleaner. I go there because I think the two brothers that are the vets really do know what they are doing.

Dr. Scott Harada is our long-time vet here in Honolulu. The exam went well and he went over the results of the x-rays on the spot. He later called to follow up with the results of the other tests. As always, he was very helpful, articulate, and responsive.
