Fantastic, I have a cat who was constantly stalking them. They said hello and went about their work.

All aspects of dealing with this company were very positive. From Chatting on the website to request a quote, follow-up on that and making an appointment, confirmation of arrival time and, of course, the crew themselves. Painless transaction and great work.

Couldn't be happier.

Excellent, our condo ended up looking like a hotel suite due to their nice finishes; loved their attention to detail.

Outstanding. Not only were they able to get the job done spectacularly well but they were my "last minute same day save me my other cleaner cancelled on me and my tenants move in Tommorrow" type savior.

The cleaning itself was okay.  Nothing spectacular.  Didn't get that 'clean house smell' when they were done.  But most importantly, they didn't clean the kitchen as I had requested.
The supervisor on site mentioned at the end of the cleaning that I could have had the kitchen cleaned because they had an extra person there that had extra time on their hands, waiting for the others to finish.
I told him I had requested the kitchen to be cleaned.  He showed me his work order and the kitchen wasn't listed.  I know I specifically requested the kitchen because there were only 4 rooms I wanted cleaned.  He offered to clean it  but I told him to forget it because I didn't want to pay add'l money for add'l time.  He didn't say anything additional and just left.
I contacted the company and they sent me an email reply asking me to contact them.  I didn't bother.  To me this company lacked professionalism (they should have confirmed services when they arrived) and greatly lacked customer service (they should have cleaned the kitchen for no add'l money).
The company should have at least offered to come back out or refund some of my money without me having to contact them again.

The Maids did a great job were punctual, hardworking and professional. When they were finished I was pleased with the result, I have used them in the past and would use them again in the future if needed.

I had just moved into my home, but furniture had not been delivered.  I wanted to have the house cleaned before that.  I specifically requested that extra attention be given to my kitchen and also asked if they could clean the floor behind my fridge and stove.  I also asked if their services included dusting ceiling fans (didn't want to use the fans and have dust flying everywhere).  The person on the phone assured me that nothing was not a problem.  When a small, old car, loaded with the 4 people poured out, I had that sinking feeling.  My instrincts were correct.  No one told any of them about cleaning behind my fridge and stove...and they weren't enthused about it either.  In the interim, they fanned out to other parts of my home -- and I felt like I couldn't properly supervisor the work (another mistake).  One of the cleaner, the shortest person of the bunch did try to swiffer one of the cleaning fans in my diningroom.  I had to intervene and offer my own ladder for her to use.  I was sure that if I hadn't she would have ruined my ceiling fan or she would have hurt herself trying.  Suffice it to say, when they finally left, I discovered how sloppy the work was -- just wipe downs, not really "cleaning" anywhere.  More importantly, they did not clean the interior of my empty fridge or the interior of my oven.  I guess I had to specifically request that, too.  I've had my home cleaned many times during my travels and the kitchen ALWAYS included cleaning the fridge and oven.  I didn't think I needed to ask for that over and above the $400+ fee.  Cleaning the floor before the fridge and stove  -- that I expected to have to ask.  About a week later, the company called me as asked if I wanted to sign up for regular service.  I very politely explained my disappointment with the fridge and oven and decline any further service from them.   I wouldn't use them again. EVER.

The Maids used a four person team to clean our house. The staffing of the teams changes - sometimes weekly- so the cleaners have no sense of wnership. it's jst a job. My experience in the past has been that a good housekeeper will, over time, gain a personal connection to your house and take pride in doing the job right. That was certainly not our experience with the Maids.
Week to week when asked to correct something, we would get attitude as if we were interfering with their plans for the day. Eventually we got tired of the attitude and grumbling.

The experience was excellent. The company provided an estimate on the phone and were able to come out within a week.
They were on time and worked quickly.
It's just that they are very, very expensive. This was a one-time deal for us to get our house ready to sell.

It went well.  I am pleased.  They missed one door.

I would give them 5 out of 5 points.  They were professional.  They were on time and did not take any breaks.  They came in with about 4 people and got the job done. They were great.

It went perfectly.  I even had to change appointments a few times, and there was no problem.

I travel quite a bit so don't have time to do any cleaning myself.  It is really great to have the team who knows me and my housekeeping needs come every month.

I have been with The Maids for over 15 years.  They do a good job and are friendly and reliable.  They come with their equipment, don't chat, don't smoke, don't eat.  They do the job and leave.  They have been patient with our pet.  Any complaints I have had were responded to immediately.  I have no qualms about leaving them in my home alone.

no hiccups, did exactly what they said they would with a really great job on the windows.

They have cleaned this property in the past and the owner and I were very satisfied. When the owner left this year, he asked me to have The Maids clean after he left as cleaning is not his best use of time. I called to schedule, they gave me an exact time, then called 15 minutes prior to arriving (which was 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time). They had all their own cleaning supplies and left the house shiny and clean at the end of a few hours. I am a REALTOR? and property manager and also recommend The Maids to my tenants who may need help when the vacate a property.
