TG repair

I think we've all been in a relationship where you don't realize how
important the other person is until they've gone.  Your fridge is a lot
like that ex bf or gf, you sort of take it for granted until it stops
working, then all h*** breaks loose.  That can of beluga you saved up a
month for won't last more than a few hours at room temp.   No matter how
hungry you are, probably aren't going to be able to eat the 20lbs of
frozen onaga you bought last week at costco which will soon be defrosted
mess.  I'm sure you get the picture, a broken fridge is not only a huge
headache, it can can really hurt your wallet.  I had the unfortunate
luck of having my fridge break 2 times in the past 4 months, and even
more unfortunately I had Tido from TG repairs assigned to fix it.  It
was extremely difficult to set up an appointment for him to come, and
when he finally came, it was an utter waste of time.  Both times, he
stayed for about 5 minutes, just enough time to collect his service fee
and tell me to defrost my fridge overnight.  Obviously that didn't fix
my problem, the fridge temp stayed warm and continued to leak.  When I
told him to come back, he basically told me he didn't remember who I was
and that I'd have to pay another service fee for him to come out again
to fix whatever he looked at the first time. This guy has 0 sense of
responsibility and obviously does not stand behind his work.  There are
probably about 20 different appliance repair guys on the island, if you
like your drinks cold and your ice frozen, I'd definitely look
elsewhere.
