 + -1 moreAlthough it took a short time for Jonathan to google to figure out how restoring my original settings in WINDOWS 8, he taught me to restore my settings should this ever happen again.
Description of Work: Because I altered the power settings in Windows 8.0, Jonathan restored my setting back to the way it was.

 + -1 moreI had spent days dealing with a network problem having had 3 other IT people try to figure out the issue. Luckily, I found Jon and Mike from Tech Handymen. They put their heads together and voila!...they corrected everything and the network is working now. It had to do with a MS Windows update that had corrupted the C++. No one else was smart enough to figure it out. They are "my new tech guys" now.
Description of Work: My ACT server was down and had crippled my home office. Not only was I unable to do my work, but the remote workers were also unable to do theirs. They helped got the server back online and did it in a friendly and professional manner.
