I had spent days dealing with a network problem having had 3 other IT people try to figure out the issue. Luckily, I found Jon and Mike from Tech Handymen. They put their heads together and voila!...they corrected everything and the network is working now. It had to do with a MS Windows update that had corrupted the C++. No one else was smart enough to figure it out. They are "my new tech guys" now.
