We found the company to be very professional . The sales agent was punctual to his appointment to provide an estimate for the job and was very knowledgeable about the product they installed. The work was performed as scheduled. The work crew was courteous and cleaned up when they were finished. We would recommend this contractor to a friend.

All the personnel were very pleasant and competent. There was a problem with the electrician not showing up on the morning we were originally told. We called in the early afternoon to inquire and found out that they would not be out for another week. Other than the inconvience of staying home for the morning (we're retired), this was not a problem. Very happy with the price and the workmanship so far.

I really like them.  They gave me a great price.  My solar panels are very efficient and work great.  I do not have an electricity bill!!  They came right out away when there was a problem.

Overall it went well.  I needed to reinforce the floor and they told me what needed to be done I do think they should have looked at the top of the carport ahead of time so they could see if they needed any special equipment to get to the roof of my two-story house.However, they worked quickly and had their electrician come and resolve an unexpected problem. So far I'm satisfied with the results.

Company was on time and very quick with the install. All the staff was professional. The only problem I had was who they sub contracted to build a shed around my solar hot water heater since it is outside of my home. He was late on getting started and never called to inform myself or my wife. My wife had to call him. I can't remember his name/company. Overall, a great experience with Solar Help. Also had them install a pressure regulator since the pressure of water to my house was high.

No complaints.  I don't know how to compare really, since my sample space it 1.  They came installed and cleaned everything.  I do wish they would stay on top of the inspections, but I guess they are outside of their control, or so they tell me.

After deciding to go solar, we checked with 2 other well-advertised big companies.  Company 1 provided a professional, polished
proposal with seemingly good customer service. However, their quotation seemed high and installation would not be as
soon as we had wanted.  Company 2 never responded to our inquiry.  Not sure if it was due to oversight or that they are simply too busy.  Fortunately, our third referral led us to Solar Help Hawaii.  SHH owner, Dale Domen, contacted us right away.  We had
so many questions and concerns - - all of which he very patiently and kindly answered!  Dale Domen is highly experienced and knowledgeable in his field, professional and never high pressure.  SHH rep, John Cortez, came out to our home for assessment and further explained a lot of things that we were unaware of.  Another plus point for us was being hooked up with New Era Roofing for needed roof prep prior to installation.  Belmor “Billy” Bautista, roofing contractor, does indeed operate with integrity and dependability and works well with SHH.  Our solar water heating system and solar attic fan were installed within 4 weeks from initial proposals, meeting our timeframe perfectly.  The SHH team did an excellent job and we were very pleased with their workmanship and work
ethics.  We sincerely feel that Solar Help Hawaii offers quality, reasonable rates and the best “solar help” to meet your solar needs. 
Next step for us a PV system which we are considering - - from Solar Help Hawaii, of course!

I called and requested an estimate and the Solar Help Hawaii representative came out the next day and gave me a written quote by that evening.  I was able to schedule the replacement work for first thing the next week and the 2-man work crew showed up at the scheduled time.  The work was completed very professionally within a few hours.  The old panels were taken away by Solar Help Hawaii and no mess was left behind.

They were exceptionally professional from beginning to end. Just today in the midst of a terrible thunderstorm I called them because of a concern I had about the solar fan and they came right out to my home to see how they could help me. Not many companies will give you service after the sale especially if it's been a while since they performed the work. Couldn't be happier with my solar water system or my fan. These guys are terrific and I highly recommend them.
