Technician and supervisor showed up within a few hours of me calling the company. Expertly assessed work to be done, provided estimate, tore out soaked carpet and setup a dehumidifier to run for a few days. Upon return the technicians completed the demolition, removed all debris and did an ok cleaning job. A few minor things I would have done different (I'm very detail oriented though) such as ensuring all nails and screws were removed from the house studs and concrete slab in prep for the repair. Over all it was a good experience with them working with my insurance company, being able to answer questions and work within our schedule. Use of the dehumidifiers I thought was a bit pricey but overall the job cost was reasonable, especially since the technicians pointed out some other issues and tried to find causes for them. This was not part of the original job nor were we charged for this. Having dealt with other companies for different issues I would say this one is one of the better and would not hesitate to use them again if needed (hopefully no more floods!).
