Purchase went fine. Told them that we would need them to hold the slabs until our construction called for it--not an issue. Then while the renovation is at the stage that the cabinets are ready for the slabs, contractor calls us (we were on vacation on the continent) and tells us that they can't find the slabs. Contractor goes to try and get some replacements, but of course they are not as nice as the originals, but we had no other options. Granite installer has to work extra hard to workover the flaws. Will never use them again. So unprofessional.

They had one of the best selections of prefabricated granite and quartz. Milburn was helpful and patient with us while we made our decision. They don't do installation, but he recommended a few installers and we ended up getting a GREAT installer at a GREAT price! We ended up going with the quartz countertops and they look great. Also, they give a military discount, so don't forget to ask :)

They are very good. It took them a while because we are in Hawaii. The fabricator is finishing up right now. The fabrication is about $2,500 and the stone is about $2,500. It is of very good quality and the fabricator does an excellent job. It took a long time to get it here because the shipping company broke it. They went out of their way to give us the matching panel and the fabricator fixed it up. It looks very nice. We looked around and the other place wasn't nice at all so we went back to them. I think the pricing is about the same as the other ones we looked at and I like their quality better. Their fabricator is very good. They were good and they called us back. We are planning to use them again.

Walk in on a Tuesday with my cabinet drawings and found a color that I liked, paid for the materials . Tom arranged a installer come to my home that afternoon to confirm measurements and took pattern, price was that same as I was given by Tom. We agreed on the amount, paid a 50% deposit and the countertop were installed by Thursday afternoon. Installers took care in keeping the work area clean and did clean up after themselves. Randy (installer) followed up the following day and I paid the balance.
