Called the electrician and he sent an underling to fix it on Friday and he put in a larger circuit breaker which also failed So he said he would be out 9am. 10am came and I called him and he claimed that he never made the appointment, after discussing it he admitted that he had made the appoint but forgot about it. Promised 2-4 that day. Finally arrived at 5:30 couldn't find the problem. I found a buzzing myself and called them back to fix it this time making the appointment with their secretary as he insisted. Then later I got a call that he wanted to go to a bigger job instead of mine. Lots of passive aggressive behavior and whining but finally arrived. Cut two holes in the drywall that turned out to be unnecessary to fixing it (no wires behind the drywall) that I now have to pay to fix. Stained my bedspread with junk from the wire, put their tools on my bed and then they left without telling me how much they would charge me for eventually fixing the problem. Lazy, totally unprofessional behavior. Would not recommend. Avoid at all costs.

Within a 1/2 day of my on-line work request [submitted through the SEI website], Matt contacted me and scheduled a visit to my home.  When he arrived on-site he analyzed the problem, identified the root cause [a faulty connection in an electrical outlet], and restored power to the affected area.

As a result I had him also check a kitchen countertop electrical outlet that I had problems with.  Again the same result: a thorough analysis, an identification of the root cause [a poor connection from the preceding outlet], and a countertop electrical outlet that works again.

The S.E.I. person left with the problem not diagnosed and fixed.  He charged us about $540 for a little about 4 hours.  Our overall rating is based on that charge in the face if his inability to properly diagnose the problem and correct the problem along with the fact that  another electrician was contacted, and he diagnosed and fixed the problem after spending about 3 hours and charged us about $300.

The electrician and his assistant were more-or-less on time, being delayed only because it's easy to get lost in our neighborhood.  They had good attitudes and were responsive to my problem.  They offered the solution (new breaker with conduit on outside of house to a new outlet) at a reasonable price, and even matched a quote from a competitor for the same job (the other electrician was booked until July). 
I had to get to work so they finished up on their own.  Nothing was out of place in the house, but they'd borrowed\moved some of my stuff from the garage to get the job done and didn't put it back.  I ended up finding some scrap electrical wire the next time I mowed the lawn, but it was really a minor issue.
Based on price and over-all performance, I give them an A.  I would have really preferred they asked where (vertically) on the wall I wanted the outlet, as it is way higher than anything else in the room and stands out in a weird way, but other than that they did a great job quickly (approximately 2.5 hours) and at a good price.

SEI electric is a very good company. Their response was quick and prices reasonable.
Matt our electrician was professional, easy to work with and did a great job. Teresa, the office manager kept us up to date and communication was excellent. They were able to perform the work within a short time. We would use them again in the future.
