I was moving and had this "company" do both of my homes (my new one and old one), Anthony did my new home first and did a decent job, just missed a spot here and there. Then when he and his "crew" did my second home I had to wait several hours just for him to show up then I had to leave so I just left the house unlocked so that I could come back later while he gets a head start. Several hours more I went to "check on his progress" and he had barley even started, I decided to go ahead and pay him anyway. When I came back to that home on Tuesday I noticed the house looked like he stoped cleaning as soon as I left!!! Thankfully I had him sign an agreement to clean or pay me back. DO NOT USE THIS "COMPANY"! The guy is rude and very chatty and will screw you over!

"I am sorry to inform Angie’s List, Including the member, that Samurai never had her, EVER, and that we are very sorry about the bad service she had. ATTENTION to all members Red Flag to all 226 Honolulu members of Angie’s List. My company hade about 12 complaints from people working for other companys, to try to make “Samurai Professional Services” look bad. Why because we are the very best at what we do including the company with the very best price and services, and last, we have taken so many of the top bids from many other companies as well. Mahalo There is no case to highlight, again Angie’s List and the member. (1) If the member took my company she would have to fill in, and check off my checklist, including sign on last page, that she is happy with our work, including it would state no money back at all. (2) I would give it my stamp of Samurai, and send it. (3) Japanese stamp as well (thank you stamp)."

Really terrible and I am writing a bad review because I would not want anyone to go through what I went through. Very simple. Hired to clean my house. He didn't do a good job, and then became hostile. I was actually afraid that I was going to have to defend myself. The fellow that came had a foul mouth, bad mouthed many people that was not my business. Overall, just a poor business man and very unprofessional.

The cleaning never actually happened. When I was finally able to get in touch with the owner (he self performs the work) after he neglected to show up or call on the day of he was very rude and unprofessional. See above.
